TREATMENT FOR MELASMA

PICOCARE450 with the HEXA MLA handpiece can replace aggressive scar treatments such as subcision. Treatments for epidermal lesions, freckles, melasma, age spots, and sun spots are very effective with the PICOCARE450 system. Scar tissues in the deep dermis can be destroyed without a great deal of pain, resulting in noticeably lifted depressed scars.

HEXA MLA uses the principle of Laser-Induced Optical Breakdown (LIOB). Cavitation occurs in the target area (epidermis or dermis) and stimulates collagen and elastic fibers.
